Billing policy

We are a private migration agency. Payment is required prior to consultation which are a maximum 1-hour duration. Any applicable GST will be calculated at time of booking.

Cancellation / non-attendance Policy

If you can no longer attend the appointment, please inform us as soon as possible and reschedule via your booking confirmation. Please note cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.

If your preferred Migration Agent is not available at your scheduled appointment time a suitable replacement will be provided, or you may reschedule your appointment.

Initial Consultation Policy

If you are a new potential client, please ensure that you have provided all the relevant documentation at least 48 hours prior to enable us to give you the best possible migration advice for your situation.

During the initial consultation advice on your visa options, if any, will be given to you. The advice given will be based on current regulations and government policy. A consultation does not guarantee a visa option will be available to you.

Subsequent advice and immigration assistance will incur further fees.
