Who can apply for personal visa

Who can apply?

International students who have held a student visa in the last six months can apply for a temporary graduate visa. Applicants must also be under 50 years of age and have a recent qualification in a course listed on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRI-COS).

Can I include family on my application?

You may include family members on your application when applying for this visa.

Do I need to be in Australia?

The stream which you apply for a temporary graduate visa under will determine whether you need to be onshore or offshore when applying. Your VSA migration agent will be able to advise accordingly.
