The Employer Sponsored Visa

Labour shortages are common and can affect businesses in many industries. You may find your business needs staff but there may not be local workers available to take on these roles or they don’t have the specialised skills required to fill a position. Sponsoring an overseas worker may be a solution to help overcome your labour shortage.

Employer sponsored visas enable Australian businesses to employ suitable overseas workers to fill positions within their business when they can’t find suitably qualified Australian workers.

Visa Solutions has worked with businesses for many years to bring foreign workers into Australia on employer sponsored visas. Working with you, we will ensure all sponsor and employee requirements are met so any overseas workers you employ can start working for you without delay.

When it comes to employer sponsored visas, there are a few options available.
